How do I get the files?

Instantly. A download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your email. Two files for the core kit: your position kit and the Objection Deck.

Can I print it at home?

Yes. Everything is letter size on light backgrounds so it doesn't drain a cartridge. Print the Objection Deck on cardstock, double-sided, flip on the long edge, and cut on the dashed lines.

What if I got the wrong position?

Retake the quiz. The position depends on who controls the money and what evidence you're holding, and both change. If you bought a kit and believe it's the wrong one, contact us and we'll swap it.

Is this legal or career advice?

No. It's preparation: scripts, worksheets, and sequences. It doesn't promise an outcome. It makes sure you walk in holding something.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Digital files can't be returned. If something went wrong with your order, contact us and we'll fix it.

Who is this for?

Salaried people in companies with review cycles or pay bands, and contractors who set their own rates. If you already know you're underpaid and freeze when it's time to say so, it's for you.
